CANCELLATIONS:  The Crimson Inn has a 48 hour cancellation policy.  Reservations must be cancelled prior to 48 hours of the arrival date in order to receive a full refund.  Reservations cancelled within 48 hours or “no-show” are subject to the first night room and tax as penalty.  The Crimson Inn will alter this policy with special event dates and the policy will be posted with your email confirmation.

CHECK-IN: Check in time is 3 PM on your arrival date.  Early check-ins are not available.  For late check in procedures see information below.

CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 11 AM. Please observe this rule, as our housekeeping staff needs time to prepare for our next arrival. Your lock code will stop working at 11 AM. 

DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS: The Crimson has a thorough inspection policy to ensure our rental units are in good condition and that Guests will not be inadvertently billed for missing or broken items. Please assist us by reporting any missing or broken items to our office within twenty-four (24) hours so that you will not be held responsible.

FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT: Units are furnished with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, and basic appliances.  We also provide bed linens, bath towels,  toilet tissue, shampoo, lotion, and soap.  Please be sure to pack any specialty items that you may require during your stay.

GROUPS PROHIBITED: Large gatherings are prohibited without a separate agreement. Special pricing and security deposits may be required. Please call or visit our website for additional information.

ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Neither Crimson Inn nor Goodmanagement can be held responsible for items left in a rental unit. Please double check your unit for personal items prior to departure. If we are asked to return items to you they will be returned C.O.D.

LATE CHECK IN: For guests arriving after our front desk hours of operation please contact our office prior to your arrival for your unit number and electronic lock code.

MAINTENANCE: All equipment in your unit should be in working order. Please report any inoperative equipment to our office. Every reasonable effort will be made to promptly repair the same. No refunds will be made for inoperative air conditioners, appliances or for mechanical failure.

OCCUPANCY LIMITATION: The person renting the unit must be an adult twenty-one (21) years of age or older. In addition, all occupants (“Permitted Occupants”) of the rental unit must be either (1) the guests named on the registration (2) twenty-one (21) years of age or older (3) direct descendants of the occupants (such as children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren), (4) direct ancestors of the occupants (such as parents or grandparents) (5) siblings of the occupants, and/or (6) a maximum of one (1) additional person for each occupant, direct descendant, direct ancestor or sibling of the occupants. If guests do not comply with this paragraph Tenant(s) and occupants will be refused entry onto the premises and Tenant(s) or occupants will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payments made. NO EXCEPTIONS.

OCCUPANCY / PARKING:  Occupancy is limited to two (2) people per bedroom plus an additional two people if there is a sofa sleeper. The Crimson Inn will not allow overcrowding of the rental unit beyond the existing bedding. No RVs, campers, trailers, or mobile homes may be parked on the premises.  Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per unit.

PETS / SMOKING:  The Crimson Inn is a pet and smoke free facility.  Guests who choose to smoke or bring a pet are subject to a $500.00 charge per day.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations can be made on the Internet 24 hours a day, by mail, telephone, or in person Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.  If booking through this website or directly via our toll free number the 1st night’s room and tax will be charged immediately.  The remaining balance will be charged at check in.  Payment must be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover).  A receipt will be sent immediately after any charge to your account.  Reservations made through 3rd party agencies (expedia.com, orbitz.com, etc.) are subject to the terms and conditions of those agencies.

TAXES: All rental rates are subject to state and local taxes.

TRIP INTERRUPTION INSURANCE: Insurance is available as an option on each reservation. The fee for the insurance is 6.5%. TRIP INTERRUPTION INSURANCE MUST BE PAID FOR AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL OR AT THE TIME YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION, WHICHEVER IS EARLIEST. The policy covers standard trip interruption due to medical emergencies and mandatory evacuation days due to weather.  For detailed information see the CSA Travel Protection tab on our website.
